1. Shut off power to the circuit and use a screwdriver to remove the decora wall plate.
2. Place the foam switch gasket over the switch, aligning the cut-outs with the rocker.
3. Reinstall the wall plate over the gasket and tighten screws snugly so the foam sits flat against the wall.
4. (Optional) Trim excess foam with scissors or a utility knife for multi-gang plates.
